75 YEARS OF MUNICIPAL LEADERSHIP
Now It's Time to Build What Comes Next
MNL's Strategic Plan 2026-2030
Together, we’re shaping a stronger future for local government
Introduction
MNL has spent 75 years advocating for municipalities and helping build stronger communities across Newfoundland and Labrador. As we celebrate this milestone, we are also preparing for the future.

Our current strategic plan is nearing completion and we are beginning work on a renewed vision that will guide MNL over the next several years. This process is about listening, learning and building a stronger organization that continues to meet the evolving needs of municipalities throughout the province.
  • We want a solid plan for maximizing benefits and programs for our members.
  • We want to help you sustain and grow our communities.
  • We are open and transparent and want your input.
