2024 MNL Conference, Trade Show, and AGM: Charting the Course
The 2024 MNL Conference, Trade Show and Annual General Meeting is about delivering solutions and action on municipal issues.
Join us in Gander, November 7-9 for networking, collaboration, professional development and knowledge sharing.
This year’s conference will be held at the Joseph R. Smallwood Arts and Culture Centre and the Steele Community Centre.
About MNL
Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador is a non-profit membership organization that advocates on behalf of municipal government in Newfoundland and Labrador and provides programs, services, and events to its membership.
What’s New for 2024
This year, the Appreciation Banquet and Long Service Awards will happen on Saturday evening, preceded by sessions and the AGM.
We’re also pleased to introduce the Networking Breakfast for Women and Gender Diverse Individuals this year on Thursday morning.
A separate, pre-conference training session on emergency management is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 6.
This year attendees have the option to purchase Companion Banquet Tickets for the Saturday night banquet for $125. This option is included in the registration process. Purchasing a Companion Banquet Ticket also permits companions to attend the Thursday evening Opening Ceremonies and the Friday evening Hospitality Night. Please note that luncheons are for delegates only.

Accommodations
Due to limited hotel availability in Gander, MNL will assign rooms to all attendees – please do not book a room. If you are staying at a private rental accommodation (Airbnb, VRBO, etc) or do not require a room, select “no” for the accommodation question on the registration form. Once registrations are processed, attendees will be notified of accommodation details by email.

Registration
Registration for members, observers, charities, students, MHAs and MPs includes access to all sessions, meals and networking events. Trade show vendors and presenters have the option to purchase meal packages.
MNL Members (members of council and municipal administrators): $550
Observer/Non-Members: $650
Non-profit/charity organization representative: $550
Student: $250
