The Leadership Summit for Women and Gender Diverse Individuals in the Municipal Sector
The Leadership Summit for Women and Gender Diverse Individuals in the Municipal Sector will mark the official launch of MNL’s new project, The Value We Bring.
The launch will include a screening of the first episode of the new season, followed by a panel discussion on inclusion and the importance of recognizing value in diverse perspectives at the municipal table.
Individuals chosen for the Inspiration and Achievement Awards for Women and Gender Diverse Individuals will also be announced and celebrated at the Summit.

Pre-Conference Study Tour: Gander Wastewater Facility Tour
Join representatives from the Town of Gander and MNL as they provide a tour of the newly opened Gander Wastewater Treatment Facility. This impressive facility is state of the art and the tour will give you insights on how the community met its federal WSER requirements.

College of the North Atlantic Work Integrated Learning and Entrepreneurship Initiative Session
This session will feature CNA reps speaking about Work Integrated Learning opportunities as well as the new CNA Entrepreneurship Initiative.
Ashely Nguyen is a CNA Faculty Researcher for Technology and Tourism. She will speak to participants about several Work Integrated Learning opportunities for municipalities.
Ian MacDonald is the College’s new Business Development Officer for Entrepreneurship and will provide an overview of the College’s new project to support student and alumni entrepreneurs.

Accommodations bookings are only available through the MNL office. Rooms will NOT be assigned unless registration is paid in full. The MNL office will reach out to you with your room information once your registration payment is received.
Space is limited. Until August 5, voting delegates (two per town) will receive room allocation priority. After this date additional rooms will be made available to confirmed registrants on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Registration is now closed for in-person attendance. Registrations for virtual attendance remains open. To register a virtual delegate, please use this form.
Registration is $550 per person for in-person attendees and $450 per person for virtual attendees. Spouse/partner registration for evening meals and social events is $150 per person.
