MNL’s Annual General Meeting is only 1 week away! Our committee and staff have worked very hard to put together this informative event for you, and to help you get ready we are happy to provide an advanced copy of the 2018 Conference Guide. All accommodations for the 2018 AGM have been allocated. If you have yet to register for the conference please contact the office to ensure overnight accommodations are available.

Municipal Delegate registration this year is $475.00. Every municipality must complete the online registration form (see link below) by the deadline for registration which is – Monday, September 17, 2018. Each municipality may register any number of delegates but may only register 2 voting delegates. Voting Delegates must be members of council as municipal staff are not permitted to vote. Please Note: We have exhausted all of the hotel rooms in Gander. If you wish to register for the conference, MNL cannot guarantee overnight accommodations.
Once again MNL is offering for purchase the “Partner’s Pass”. Same as last year, the “Partner’s Pass” admits the ticket holder into all evening functions which include: opening ceremony, trade show, MNL regional night social and the banquet. The fee for the Partner Pass is $225 per partner.
Municipal Training Financial Assistance Fund Application
Funding is available for MNL’s 68th Annual Conference and Trade Show via the Municipal Training Financial Assistance Fund Application. Click here to download the: Application Form
Requests for refunds of Convention Registration fees must be sent in writing to MNL. Faxes are acceptable to meet the deadline, but requests must also be mailed to the MNL office.
Requests for refunds up to the deadline of registration, Monday, September 17, 2018, willreceive a 75% refund of registration fees paid to MNL.
