What is Welcome NL?

Welcome NL is a project of Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador, in partnership with The Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism, and the Department of Advanced Education Skills and Labour, which focuses on building capacity in communities to welcome and retain immigrants. Among other things, Welcome NL offers communities a toolkit of resources to raise awareness and offer guidance on welcoming.
