The Town of Badger is a town that is centrally located in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The population of the town is approximately 804.

Badger was incorporated on September 23, 1963 and is governed by a Town Council which is comprised of a Mayor, Deputy Mayor and five Councillors.

The Town employs a Town Clerk/Manager, a Superintendant of Public Works, Maintenance worker, Assistant Town Clerk, and part-time Maintenance worker.

The Town has many community groups, such as a 40 member Volunteer Fire Department, Badger Sports and Recreation Committee, Badger Lions Club, Badger Brook First Nation, Badger Firettes, Faith Covenant Church Groups, Sacred Heart Parish Group.

Each year the town holds the Annual Badger Drive Festival on the first Saturday of August.
