Saif Sayeedi is a knowledgeable and dedicated environmental professional with a strong academic foundation in environmental science, recognized through multiple merit-based scholarships and awards. He earned his B.Sc. (Honours) in Environmental Science (Chemistry) from Grenfell Campus, Memorial University, and previously worked as a Research Assistant in the Environmental Microbial Bioenergetics Laboratory, where he gained extensive experience in environmental research, field sampling, and applied analytical chemistry. As a Regional Adaptation Coordinator for Climate-Ready NL at Municipalities NL, Saif is committed to translating scientific knowledge into practical guidance that supports community-led climate adaptation across Newfoundland and Labrador.
