Christa is a graduate of the Office Administration and Business Administration Human Resource Management programs at College of the North Atlantic in Grand Falls-Windsor. Her career in Human Resources spans more than 15 years and includes recruitment, international hiring, HRIS management, and pensions and benefits administration. These experiences have shaped a steady, people-centered approach that focuses on clarity, respect, and thoughtful guidance. She works to ensure that newcomers feel informed, welcomed, and supported as they navigate important steps in their professional and personal lives.
