Retrofit pathway studies for municipal buildings

Plan upgrades to town halls, arenas and other municipal buildings before committing capital.

Funder

Federation of Canadian Municipalities, Green Municipal Fund

Amount and terms

Up to $65,000 for one building or $200,000 for a portfolio; base 50%, with higher qualifying shares.

Eligible applicants

Municipalities and eligible partners; buildings must be wholly municipally owned or owned by an eligible Indigenous community.

Eligible projects

Long-term energy and emissions retrofit pathways for municipal buildings.
