THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador (MNL) advocate for a balanced and equitable distribution of provincial event and recreational infrastructure investments across Newfoundland and Labrador; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that MNL encourage the provincial government to prioritize municipally led recreational and cultural infrastructure projects that address the unique needs of each region through more equitable, robust, and accessible funding programs.
