Therefore, be it resolved: That the Provincial Government develop a framework for Regionalization in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, where it makes sense. That the Joint Working Group on Regionalization Report and Recommendations issued to the Government in February 2020 be considered in whole or part in the development of a Regionalization Framework. That an incentivization program be developed as per the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs Mandate by the Premier to support those willing to begin Regional Collaboration.
