Therefore be it Resolved that Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador lobby the Provincial Government and the Department of Transportation and Works to do necessary upgrades and repave the Trans Labrador Highway from the Provincial border with Quebec to Red Bay. Be It Further Resolved that a commitment with a firm timeline be attached to this project.
