Therefore Be It Resolved that Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador lobby the provincial government to comply with section 194 of the Municipalities Act which require all persons within a municipality to obtain a written permit from Council and that the provincial government would pay for these permits as all other persons within the Municipality.
