Therefore Be It Resolved that Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador lobby the Provincial Department of Municipal Affairs (Fire & Emergency Services) to govern the use of family fireworks by requiring a permit outside of Canada Day and New YearÕs Eve Celebrations.
