Before joining MNL, Renee built a strong foundation in corporate operations, spending 20 years in the retail and human resources sectors. Her journey saw her rise from supervision to complex leadership roles, including positions as a Human Resources Coordinator and Benefits & Pension Administrator. This diverse background has equipped her with unique versatility. She is as comfortable navigating complex financial software and accounting principles as she is managing personnel and conflict resolution.
Renee is known for her reliability, her commitment to continuous learning, and her steady hand in managing the day-to-day financial and administrative heartbeat of the office.
Outside of work, she loves to disconnect and recharge by walking in nature, enjoying the fresh air and the rugged beauty of the Newfoundland and Labrador landscape.
