THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador intervene on behalf of all communities to seek improvements in cell service by lobbying to the Provincial and Federal Governments, as well as to service providers to improve access to cell service for every community in each region of the province.
