Therefore Be It Resolved that Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador lobby the provincial government to amend the Highway Traffic Act to include the right for Municipalities, in collaboration with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, to ticket individuals travelling above posted speed limits within the Municipality through the use of photo radar.
