This presentation will focus on requirements for private sewage disposal systems and obligations for development in municipalities.
Outcomes:
Municipal council and staff will understand lot requirements, unserviced and semi-serviced development, subdividing land, drafting approval-in-principle letters to support development requiring private sewage disposal, understand development plans in relation to private sewage disposal and equip municipalities on water quality and well water safety.
