Allison Hiscock is a human resources and international recruitment leader with NL Health Services, serving in dual roles as Project Manager, International Recruitment and Immigration and Settlement Consultant, In her work with NL Health Services, Allison leads provincial strategies to recruit and support internationally educated healthcare professionals, overseeing highvolume global candidate pipelines and leading recruitment missions in both Dubai and India.
Allison and her team provide direct support to international recruits and their families, helping them navigate immigration pathways, settlement needs, and healthcare licensing requirements. She collaborates closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies, educational institutions and community partners to create a seamless experience for new recruits.
She holds an MBA and Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University and is a Registered Professional Recruiter. She is committed to building sustainable workforce solutions and strengthening partnerships across the province as communities prepare to welcome new healthcare professionals from around the world.
