Ken Carter is Director of Public Engagement and Strategic Initiatives at Grenfell Campus, which has pan-university responsibility for public engagement. Ken holds a Ph.D. from Memorial’s Department of Geography with a focus on territorial innovation models for rural regions. Ken has worked in economic and rural development for 28 years in St. John’s, St. Anthony, Carbonear and most recently, Corner Brook.
