Collaborative Initiative Fund (CIF) Program Update
On April 30, 2026, the Municipal Assessment Agency (MAA) released important updates to its Collaborative Initiative Fund (CIF) through the Agency’s Client Portal. These updates outline key changes to the program, highlight new opportunities for municipalities, and identify important deadlines for the 2027 funding year.
Municipal clients are encouraged to review the full document available in their Client Portal account to ensure they are aware of all updates and application requirements.

Online Client Portal
Since its launch one year ago, the Municipal Assessment Agency’s online Client Portal has been a resounding success and a valuable tool for both our municipal clients and MAA staff. The portal provides a secure, user-friendly platform that streamlines information sharing and enables users to complete tasks efficiently and with ease.
By enhancing accessibility and improving turnaround times, the Client Portal has strengthened service delivery and fostered more effective collaboration between municipalities and the Agency.
