As MNL begins the development of its next strategic plan, members are invited to take part in this interactive consultation session to help shape the organization’s direction. Participants will learn about MNL’s strategic planning process, reflect on how current strategic pillars serve the evolving needs of municipalities, and provide input on emerging priorities and opportunities for the years ahead. This session will create space for discussion, feedback, and shared thinking to ensure the new strategic plan reflects the voices and experiences of municipalities across Newfoundland and Labrador.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
