Therefore Be It Resolved that Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador urge the Department of Transportation and Works to develop minimum sight line standards below 50 kph to accommodate residential development, and/or only apply sight distances as developed by the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) to primary road areas outside of municipal boundaries.
