Therefore Be It Resolved that Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador lobby the provincial government on behalf of all municipalities to allow new structures, and extensions to existing structures, be permitted within the provinceÕs designated flood risk areas if the proponent has considered and implemented sound flood risk design principles.
