Therefore Be It Resolved that the MNL Board lobby the Department of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to amend Section 414(2) of the Municipalities Act to provide a council with the authority to make regulations controlling or prohibiting A) the storage of recreational vehicles;B)the parking of licensed and unlicensed vehicles; and, C) the storage of commercial or construction equipment and materials, within the municipality.
