Retrofit pathway studies for affordable housing

Help affordable housing providers plan energy upgrades while maintaining affordability.

Funder

Federation of Canadian Municipalities, Green Municipal Fund

Amount and terms

Up to $65,000 for one building or $200,000 for a portfolio; up to 80%, or 100% for qualifying Indigenous applicants.

Eligible applicants

Municipal governments, municipal housing corporations, non-profit affordable housing providers, non-profit housing co-operatives and qualifying Indigenous applicants.

Eligible projects

Phased energy retrofit planning for existing affordable housing.
