Therefore Be It Resolved the MNL Board lobby the Department of Municipal Affairs to amend the Municipalities Act whereby all businesses carrying on business within the municipality shall be required to be registered with the municipality and a business at time of registration, shall be subject to the payment of a business registration or licensing fee as prescribed by the municipality.
