Therefore Be it Resolved that Municipalities Newfoundland Labrador, request that the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador amend the Municipalities Act, to permit larger towns to donate or sell for nominal or minimum fees, used fire and emergency services vehicles and equipment to smaller towns for continued use if the equipment is suitable and applicable.
