Therefore Be It Resolved that Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador endorse the FFAW led coalitionÕs ÒRural WorksÓ campaign. Be It Further Resolved that Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador lobby the Department of Fisheries and Oceans to strengthen adjacency and historical attachment as the preeminent management consideration for resource allocation purposes.
