Therefore Be It Resolved the MNL Board lobby the Department of Municipal Affairs to amend the Municipalities Act whereby a council may adopt in its rules of procedure governing a municipal council meeting, a mechanism whereby attendance through the use of technology would be fully sanctioned including voting on a motion or resolution before council.
