This document contains the resolutions presented to MNL members for debate and consideration in 2019. Topics include short-term rental regulation, provincial asset management, wastewater regulations, gas tax funding, waste management equity, infrastructure strategy, and municipal-provincial collaboration. The resolutions reflect emerging challenges facing municipalities and propose advocacy priorities for the organization.
