Connor Keill is a Research and Evaluation Analyst with the Department of Municipal and Community Affairs. He previously served as Municipal Elections Coordinator, assisting the Department in its support for municipal staff, candidates, and residents. With firsthand experience in the election process, and as the primary caretaker of the Department’s municipal election data, he has valuable insight into the subject.
He holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and a Bachelor of Global and International Studies from Carleton University.
