We understand that your booth is a crucial representation of your brand at this important event, and our goal is to provide a seamless, professional setup experience that helps you stand out. From booth design and installation to lighting, displays, and technology integration, we work with our partners to ensure that every detail is tailored to meet your unique needs.
We are pleased to provide you with the following information to support your involvement in our event.
The trade show will take place on the main floor of the St. John's Convention Centre. While the exhibition hours are outlined below, please be aware that presentations will be held adjacent to the trade show area throughout Thursday and Friday; you may wish to maintain a presence at your booth during those presentation times to maximize engagement. Two Exhibitor Passes are included with the purchase of each Trade Show booth, and only include access to the following components of the event (all taking place on-site at the St. John’s Convention Centre):
Trade Show Exhibitors are welcome to attend educational sessions (where space permits) and all nutrition breaks during the conference. If a session is full, we ask that you allow MNL members to be seated first and only attend if the session has space. This is usually not an issue, but we would appreciate your consideration on this matter.

Meal packages are not included with Exhibitor Passes but are available at an extra cost and can be selected at the time of registration.
Trade Show Exhibitors can add meal packages during the registration process, choosing from one of two options, as outlined below. Note that the trade show concludes on Friday by 5:00 PM.
MNL often receives inquiries about having more than two exhibitors staff a Trade Show Booth. There are two options:

With an anticipated 75+ booths MNL is not able to guarantee specific placement for trade show exhibitors. MNL will make every effort to encourage traffic throughout the trade show, considering placement of nutrition break food stations, and also the use of a “passport” that encourages attendees to visit all booths in order to win a grand prize at the end of the event.
The cost for an oversized (i.e. double-sized) booth is $4,000 (i.e. $2,000/booth). The additional trade show booth comes with 2 additional Exhibitor Passes (but not full-access passes). Meal packages can be added if your Trade Show Exhibitors wish to participate in the meals (lunches, banquet, etc).
Each booth will be 10 feet wide, with a depth of 8 feet. All booths will have a 6-foot-long table and two chairs, with table covering and black skirting. All booths have a 10-amp power hook-up. Additional furniture, equipment, or power configurations can be rented from Eastern Audio by contacting Brian Ellsworth at 709-722-0864 | 1-800-640-4691.
We encourage all exhibitors to have a prize entry draw box and entry slips at their booth, and to bring an item that can be awarded in a prize draw at the end of the show. The suggested prize value is $50-$100.
All prize winners will be announced Friday at 4:30 p.m. In order to receive prizes, individuals must be present at the time the prizes are being drawn. Therefore, we ask that you choose a prize winner from your entry box, plus 2 additional names (just in case the first or second ‘winner’ are not present).
Drop off your prize (plus the 3 names drawn) to the MNL information/registration desk by 3:30 p.m. on Friday, November 6.
MNL will be utilizing a trade show passport for awarding the conference grand prize. All trade show booths will be provided a stamp that delegates will request to complete their trade show passport. This process ensures all delegates visit all trade show booths.
MNL is committed to detailed sustainability measures in our planning and execution of this event. Exhibitors are encouraged to minimize printed promotional materials and one-time-use giveaways available at booths, and to focus on local, ethically sourced, sustainable materials and consumable products.
The St. John's Convention Centre provides complimentary secure wireless internet for delegates and exhibitors. Information will be provided at the registration desk upon your arrival.
MNL is not and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, general, special, consequential or otherwise to exhibitors, its agents and employers or visitors to its exhibits. Please note that security is not available and MNL is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
