1. Call to Order
President Amy Coady (Councillor, Grand Falls-Windsor) called the 74th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador (MNL) meeting to order.

3. Introduction of Parliamentarian

President Amy Coady called for a motion to adopt the standing rules as presented in the 2024 Conference Booklet.

11. Chief Executive Officer’s Report
CEO Rob Nolan delivered his report. The report was available in the 2024 Conference Booklet.
12. Finance Report and Adoption of 2023 Audited Financial Statements
Finance Committee Chair Dale Colbourne (Mayor, Town of St. Lunaire-Griquet) delivered the 2024 Finance Report. The 2024 Audit and Finance Report was available in the 2024 Conference Booklet.
